Home Event Auction Terms & Conditions:
- Bidder will view and sign a real estate contract as an offer/bid at time of viewing.
- Bidder will make a token escrow deposit at time of offer ($100 minimum).
- Bidder will make a 10% deposit of total purchase price no later than 5:00 PM Monday, April 20th, 2009 after acceptance.
- Bidder pays all associated closing costs.
- NO PHONE BIDS ACCEPTED
- Financing will be available on-site, but the contract is NOT contingent on financing.
- All property sells "As is, Where is, with any and all faults" This includes any defects and is sold with no warranties.
